

Contractor will prepare and maintain on a current basis an accurate and complete set of Record Drawings showing clearly all changes, revisions, and substitutions during construction, including, without limitation, field changes and the final location of all mechanical equipment, utility lines, ducts, outlets, structural members, walls, partition, and other significant features, and annotated specifications showing clearly all changes, revisions, and substitutions during construction.

Architect shall personally review and certify that the As-Built Drawings and Specifications are a correct representation of the information supplied to Architect by any inspectors and the contractor, and shall obtain certifications from any inspectors and the contractor that the drawings are correct.Īs-Built Drawings and Specifications. The As-Built Drawings and Specifications shall show, among other things, the location of all concealed pipe, buried conduit runs and other similar elements within the completed Project. Landlord shall receive an hourly rate reasonable for such production.Īs-Built Drawings and Specifications. Not later than thirty (30) days after substantial completion of the Project, before receipt of final payment, Architect shall review and forward the Final Working Drawings and Specifications, indicating on them all changes made by change orders or otherwise pursuant to the Construction Documents, as well as all information called for on the specifications, thus producing an “as-built” set of Final Working Drawings and Specifications (“As- Built Drawings and Specifications”). If Tenant does not produce the drawings and diskette(s) within ten (10) days after Landlord’s written notice, Landlord may, at Tenant’s sole cost which may be deducted from the Allowance, produce the drawings and diskette(s) using Landlord’s personnel, managers, and outside consultants and contractors. If Landlord has not received such drawings and diskette(s) within thirty (30) days, Landlord may give Tenant written notice of such failure. As-Built Drawings and Specifications. A CADD-DXF diskette file and a set of black line drawings of all "as‑built" drawings and specifications of Tenant’s Work in the Premises (reflecting all field changes and including, without limitation, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications) prepared by Tenant's Architect and Engineers or by Contractors ( defined below) shall be delivered by Tenant at Tenant's expense to the Landlord within thirty (30) days after completion of the Tenant Work.
